The 3400H Water Fountain Aerator features an environmentally friendly oil-filled motor with a hard-face internal mechanical seal and external lip seal for protection against leaks. Overall this is a highly efficient fountain. Lower power consumption than competitive equipment makes it affordable in the long term as well as at the time of purchase. The 3400H operates at 3.4 amps. Superior dependability in salt water and other corrosive environments. This fountain can even be used in shallow water operation-- as little as 18" of water is sufficient.
