Charlie the Wooden Rocking Horse

Charlie the Wooden horse is an old-fashioned favorite perfect for people of all ages! The horse supports up to 150 pounds and can be used as a kid's toy or a decorative piece in your home. Charlie is made from a ponderosa white pine with a beautiful stained and hand-rubbed natural oiled finish that is non-toxic. Recommended for ages up to six years. There are no stringy fibrous materials to allow a young child to choke on as well as no padded seats to get sliced up or torn. Charlie is also water-resistant which makes for easy cleanup and heat-resistant. Recommended for ages up to six years. Charlie is balanced so that when a young child is positioned on the horse he or she is slid forward to hold onto the handle to secure him or herself well. This helps prevent sitting back too far which could create potential falling. Charlie also does not have a footrest for a very young child to position their feet on. At a very young age a child's leg muscles are very strong and would give them the ability to force-rock the horse and maybe throw themselves off.
