This Fifth Wheel hitch is a universal fit for most trucks with 8 foot beds. Rated to handle up to 17000 pounds the Putnam Hawkeye 17K Fifth Wheel is a double rocker which provides both front-to-rear and side-to-side tiling capability making hooking up and low speed maneuvering easier. The coupler unit is the same one found on all of the Putnam fifth wheels. It's revolutionary design provides both a bracelet style coupler and a traditional slide bar locking mechanism. Professional installation is recommended. Drilling is required.Wiring kits are also available using the Year/Make/Model/Style table via the Electrical and Brake Control Tab.
